On top of that, it lets anyone enter and exit liquidity positions (concentrated or classic) across multiple AMMs and EVM chains in a single transaction and from a single token. It aggregates and compares every liquidity pool above $5,000 TVL to route each operation the most efficient way. We are live, audited and listed on DefiLlama.

About the role

A Growth Partner builds and grows a network of Agents across Africa. An Agent runs SwapWizard’s infrastructure under their own brand and link — offering their community a low-cost, non-custodial exchange and liquidity tools — and earns a share of the protocol fee on all the volume that flows through their site. This is the product your Agents put live: whitelabel.swapwizard.xyz. As their Growth Partner, you earn a share of the protocol fee on the combined volume of every Agent you sign. Everything is settled automatically on-chain, in the same transaction.

It’s a business-development role with full autonomy and no day-to-day supervision, and compensation is 100% variable, tied directly to the network you build. We’re not asking you to convince anyone to use an inferior product: SwapWizard solves a real problem and is easy to recommend — the opportunity is to put a genuinely cheaper, self-custodial exchange in people’s hands under their own brand, and turn that into volume.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and sign Agents with real volume: trading-bot operators, vault and yield-strategy managers, crypto influencers/KOLs and DeFi communities.
  • Onboard each Agent from your Growth Partner space (payout wallet, link/subdomain, contact); from there the on-chain split is automatic.
  • Support your Agents so their sites go live and stay active, backed by our technical team.
  • Grow SwapWizard’s presence across the continent’s crypto communities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in growth, business development or B2B sales (crypto experience highly valued).
  • Required: hands-on experience with DeFi — swapping on DEXs and managing liquidity positions (classic or concentrated) on protocols such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Curve or similar. Concentrated-liquidity experience especially valued.
  • First-hand understanding of AMMs, swaps, liquidity provision and their risks (impermanent loss, slippage).
  • Your own network across the African crypto/DeFi ecosystem, or a proven ability to build one (communities, Telegram, WhatsApp, X, events).
  • Autonomy, discipline and a clear results orientation.
  • Professional English required. French and Spanish are a strong plus.

How compensation works

100% performance-based, recurring and uncapped. You earn a share of the protocol fee on the combined swap and liquidity volume generated by your Agent network, settled automatically on-chain to your wallet as each transaction executes: no monthly payout cycles, no invoicing, no ceiling.
