At its core, SwapWizard is a decentralized exchange: swap any token, get the best available quote, and never hand your funds to a third party or give up custody. On top of that, it lets anyone enter and exit liquidity positions (concentrated or classic) across multiple AMMs and EVM chains in a single transaction, from a single token. It aggregates and compares every liquidity pool above $5,000 TVL to route each operation the most efficient way. We are live, audited and listed on DefiLlama.

About the role

A Growth Partner builds and grows a network of Agents across Asia. An Agent runs SwapWizard’s infrastructure under their own brand and link (offering their community a low-cost, non-custodial exchange and liquidity tools) and earns a share of the protocol fee on all the volume that flows through their site. As their Growth Partner, you earn a share of the protocol fee on the combined volume of every Agent you sign. Everything settles automatically on-chain, in the same transaction. This is the product your Agents put live: whitelabel.swapwizard.xyz.

It’s a business-development role with full autonomy and no day-to-day supervision.

This is a revenue-share partnership, not a salaried job, by design

There is no fixed salary, no retainer and no base pay. You earn a share of the protocol fee on the volume your network generates, settled on-chain. That isn’t only how we pay; it’s the whole point of what we’re proving with this technology: that a distribution network aligned purely on volume, with no salaries, no investors and no token, can work. We’re looking for a partner who backs themselves and wants to build something that compounds, on the same terms the founders are on. If you need fixed monthly income from day one, this isn’t the role, and that’s completely fair.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and sign Agents with real volume: trading-bot operators, vault and yield-strategy managers, crypto influencers/KOLs and DeFi communities.
  • Onboard each Agent from your Growth Partner space (payout wallet, link/subdomain, contact); from there the on-chain split is automatic.
  • Support your Agents so their sites go live and stay active, backed by our technical team.
  • Grow SwapWizard’s presence across the region’s crypto communities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in growth, business development or B2B sales (crypto experience highly valued).
  • Hands-on experience with DeFi: swapping on DEXs and managing liquidity positions (classic or concentrated) on protocols such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Curve or similar. Concentrated-liquidity experience especially valued.
  • First-hand understanding of AMMs, swaps, liquidity provision and their risks (impermanent loss, slippage).
  • Your own network across the Asian crypto/DeFi ecosystem, or a proven ability to build one (communities, Telegram, X, events).
  • Autonomy, discipline and a clear results orientation.
  • Professional English required. A major regional language (Mandarin, Hindi, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese…) is a strong plus.

How compensation works

100% performance-based, recurring and uncapped. You earn a share of the protocol fee on the combined swap and liquidity volume generated by your Agent network, settled automatically on-chain to your wallet as each transaction executes: no monthly payout cycles, no invoicing, no ceiling. No salary, no VCs, no token: we all earn when the protocol earns. We’ll share our full Growth Partner deck with the economic model and income scenarios early on, so you can study it in your own time.

Of those pairs, which protocol and pair had the highest APR, which the highest TVL, and which the highest 24h volume? Which one would you have added liquidity to, and why?
