We are building the DeFi execution layer for liquidity providers.

SwapWizard lets you enter and exit liquidity positions (concentrated or classic) across multiple AMMs and EVM networks in a single transaction and from a single token: the user supplies any token, or the set of tokens they choose, and SwapWizard handles the rest, internally selecting the best execution route. It also works as a liquidity-pool comparator: it aggregates the available pairs across the leading protocols on each network and lets you filter and sort them by APR, TVL or volume to decide where to position.

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Partner with a founder’s mindset to build SwapWizard’s affiliate network in LATAM from scratch. This is a business development role with full autonomy and no day-to-day supervision, where your compensation is tied directly to the growth of the network you build. We are not asking you to convince anyone to use an inferior product: SwapWizard solves a real problem in liquidity provision and is easy to recommend. Turning that product advantage into volume is precisely the opportunity in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, reach out to and onboard affiliates with real volume: vault managers, trading-bot operators, DeFi communities.
  • Support each affiliate’s technical integration alongside our team (API key, referral code).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the affiliates in your network to maximize their sustained activity.
  • Build SwapWizard’s presence in the region’s DeFi communities.
  • Bring market feedback to the product team about affiliates’ real needs and objections.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in growth, business development or B2B sales (crypto experience highly valued).
  • Hands-on experience managing liquidity positions (classic or concentrated) on protocols such as Uniswap, Aerodrome, PancakeSwap, Curve or similar is required. We especially value experience with concentrated liquidity.
  • First-hand understanding of AMMs, liquidity provision and their risks (impermanent loss, slippage).
  • Your own network in the Latin American DeFi ecosystem, or a proven ability to build one (communities, Telegram, X, events).
  • Autonomy, discipline and a clear results orientation.
  • Professional Spanish is required. Technical English is recommended.

How compensation works

You will receive 20% of the commissions generated by the affiliates you bring on board. For as long as they keep operating through SwapWizard, you keep sharing in that revenue stream. Settlements happen automatically on-chain to your affiliate wallet every time a transaction is executed: no monthly settlement cycles and no income cap.

This is, deliberately, the same model the founding team is aligned with: income grows with the network you build. In our first conversation we share the full economic model and various revenue scenarios based on our current assumptions.
